ADDS Clinic in Ellenburg Closed, June 18 & July 4

Good afternoon,
Our office received notification today that the ADDS clinic in Ellensburg, WA will be closed Wednesday, June 18th and Friday, July 4th.  If you need a drug test or BAT (breath alcohol test) outside of their normal hours, they suggest you contact their office and they will do their best to make arrangements for you.

In observance of the Independence Day holiday, our office will be closed Thursday, July 4th.  We will reopen with normal business hours, Friday morning at 9am.  Have a safe and Happy 4th!

We have received notice from US Healthworks/Puget Sound Area of their holiday hours for the Memorial Day holiday on Monday, May 27th.

Holiday Hours and Special Note from MBG

As year 2012 draws to an end, we want to take this opportunity to thank you for your business. We hope you have a wonderful Christmas and 2013 brings many blessings to you.

On November 6^th we ran our final random selection for year 2012. It is necessary to complete all random selections you receive even if you have reached your annual testing compliance rates (50% for drug and 10% for alcohol). Please note: All random tests for the November selection period needed to be complete by 12/15/12. If you have not yet completed those selections, please send in your employees as soon as possible. Feel free to contact our office if you have any questions about your selections or random drug testing pool and we would be happy to assist you.

Please review our holiday hours for Christmas and New Years Day. For your convenience, I have also included our Lab and MRO holiday hours. Collection site hours will vary by location.

Quest Patient Service Centers Affected by Hurricane Sandy

Here is a word from Quest Diagnostics on the status of Patient Service Centers on the East Coast:

 

Impacts of Superstorm Sandy continue to cause significant challenges in the Northeast region of our country.

Today, October 31, many Quest Diagnostics Patient Service Centers (PSC) are closed in New York, New Jersey as well as the New England area in the states of Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont. In addition, approximately 50 percent of PSCs located in Virginia, Pennsylvania and Maryland are closed.

Clients should expect delays in specimen processing and anticipate results reporting later in the week. Flights into our Norristown, PA laboratory have been cancelled today. That lab is working on back-up generators for power with a limited staff.

The “Find a Location” tool on QuestDiagnostics.com features an alert with the latest information regarding closures and hours of operation. "Closed - Storm/Hurricane" will appear for all affected sites next to the PSC name. We strongly encourage you to call ahead and verify service hours for any location, both PSC or Preferred Collection Site, in the path of the storm.

Skagit Valley Occ Med - Special Hours 9/7/11

We have received notice that Skagit Valley Occupational Medical Clinic will adjust their hours for drug testing to 10am-5pm tomorrow only, September 7^th. They will return to regular operating hours on Thursday, September 8^th.

New Pricing for Care Medical Group, Bellingham WA

Dear Valued Client,

We have received notice that Care Medical Clinic in Bellingham, WA (located at 4280 Meridian #120) has been sold and prices have increased. The fee increase will mean that in addition to the price of each drug screen, there will be a $10.00 collection fee surcharge. Breath alcohol tests will now cost $30.00 (plus confirmation if required).
