Happy 4th of July!

In observance of the Independence Day holiday, our office will be closed Thursday, July 4th.  We will reopen with normal business hours, Friday morning at 9am.  Have a safe and Happy 4th!

We have received notice from US Healthworks/Puget Sound Area of their holiday hours for the Memorial Day holiday on Monday, May 27th. 

Bellevue - 9a-5p   

Everett/Broadway - closed

Everett/Paine Field - closed 

Federal Way - 9a-5p

Kent - closed

Lacey - 9a-5p 

Lynnwood - 9a-5p

Puyallup - closed                                             

Redmond - closed

Seattle/1st Ave - closed

Seattle/Denny - 9a-5p                                     

Seattle/Northgate - 9a-5p

Tacoma - 9a-5p 

Tukwila/Fort Dent - closed

Tukwila/South Center - 9a-5p                          

They will resume our regular business hours on all other days, including Saturdays.

Please note that US Healthworks will be fully staffed in the days leading up to the holiday and immediately afterwards and would be able to see your employees promptly and get them back to work quickly.
