This class exceeds DOT Supervisor Training requirements. Supervisors will learn:
• How to recognize substance abuse and other crisis behaviors
• How the drugs of abuse affect performance and safety
• How to properly confront employees in crisis avoiding intrusion into their privacy yet correcting the root of the performance problem
• And much more including answering questions about administrating your drug testing program
