Occupational Health Auburn is closing

Auburn Occupational Health Services will be closing on April 24, 2009. Employers can continue to receive care and services at their Renton Occupational Health Services clinic located at 3600 Lind Avenue SW #170, Renton. If you need assistance locating another collection site in the Auburn area, please contact our office at 360-493-0522 and we would be happy to assist you. Thank you.
