Do you have supervisors that need training for reasonable suspicion testing (per DOT regs) or simply want a refresher course? If so, please join us for our Dealing with the Employee in Crisis training on Thursday, July 23rd from 8:30am to 4:30pm at the La Quinta Inn in Tacoma, WA. This training exceeds DOT requirements and instructs supervisors how to recognize crisis behaviors and conduct performance based discussions with employees to improve performance.
